Kouyiouka Watermill is working with the Cyprus Food Museum to photograph traditional recipes. Ms Anastasia created elaborate and ornate baking products at Kouyiouka Watermill. Ms Anastasia lived through poverty where they only ate small amounts of specific foods such as olives and bread. 'Back then we didn't have any stress and the world was happy' she said. The women working at the watermill bake traditional bread, olive and halloumi pies, kattimeri (cinnamon and sugar flatbread) and tertselouthkia (pastries dipped in syrup) daily which they supply to Pafos and the surrounding areas.
