It was around 1980 when Theodoros Christoforou with a lot of effort and love created 2 farms with a focus on olives, of the Koroneiki variety. The tradition that was eagerly started by Theodoros, continues to this day. These farms are The Pervoli Theodorou and are part of organic farming. Other species that thrive in Cyprus have been added to the site, such as pomegranates, figs and prickly pears (shoemakers) to replace the trees that have been lost over the years. In 2017, trees from persimmons, molds and passion fruits are added. Aromatic plants have also been planted. This includes the introduction of bees.
