This traditional artisanship is situated in Statos-Ayios Photios village in a beautifully green landscape in Paphos district. It was created in 2006 by Ms Persefoni, and it harmoniously combines fresh ingredients with traditional techniques, since Ms Persefoni had been previously making spoon sweets, jams and trachanas for home consumption. Persefoni Artisanship occupies an area of 300 m2, with three production lines; spoon sweets, shushukkos and trachanas and other dairy products. The artisanship os HACCAP certified and follows all European regulations.
