Parhelia is a very small farm in the village of Treis Elies, in the Troodos mountains of Cyprus. Parhelia’s goal is to produce organic food in a system with minimal inputs, that improves rather than deplete the soil, that works with nature rather than against it. They are currently in the process of restoring neglected orchards, as well as tending to new vegetable gardens and free range chickens.
