The Host, Donna Marie Pavlou describes herself as an Innkeeper, she takes good care of the day to day workings, from  readying the rooms to making breakfast, 5 course dinners, baking bread, jarring marmalade from her fruit trees, planting and harvesting whatever grows in her garden. She is a chef, gardener, bottle washer, receptionist, administrator, and so on.
