Maria A. Georgiadou is a communications expert (Political Sciences & Media Communications, University of Athens), instructor of sorts, writer and storyteller and a passionate baker and sugarcrafter. She worked for many years as a TV producer director, a craft that called for a diverse set of skills, such as script writing, editing, directing, budgeting, tutoring, leading and working within large groups of professionals, problem and crisis solving, always against tight deadlines. She was involved in EU projects as an international partner and has successfully claimed a number of EU subsidized projects.
Qualified as a Trainer by Circom Regional at the BBC Son & R Centre (2010), she presently divides her time between mentoring public figures, educators and business executives into the lime light of Image Making and Public Speaking. She organizes, facilitates and/or teaches customized seminars and workshops for companies or other interested parties within the spectrum of her expertise. These can vary from “controlled brainstorming” to “script and video storytelling” or “pastry making and sugarcrafting for children” to “speaking in public”. Other services available for hire to both companies and individuals are content or ghost writing, respectively.
