Green Cluster Synergy “Spitiko tou Archonta” – Parelia offers a three day Gastronomic Holiday
An opportunity to experience the complexity of Cyprus ecology and the true flavours of Cyprus cuisine, as they are linked to the seasons, pure ingredients and time-tested traditions.
Spitiko tou Archonta is a self-catering accommodation in Treis Elies, Troodos. A 100-year old traditional stone house divided into separate quarters, Spitiko offers a serene getaway and a base for exploring nature trails, Venetian bridges, Byzantine churches and other nearby attractions.
Parhelia a small-scale family farm that uses organic and sustainable cultivation methods. It is currently in the early stages of its life in Treis Elies and in the process of restoring overgrown orchards while also producing small quantities of organic vegetables, herbs and free-range eggs.
Peter and Maria, who operate Parhelia, are collaborating with Androula, who operates Spitiko, to create an authentic culinary experience that brings the farm to your plate.
