The Mill produces wood oven baked bread by methods handed down through generations, using only pure ingredients. The bread is prepared by hand and consists of Cypriot flour milled on the premises, yeast, traditional spices, and sesame seeds. The traditional workshop produces, in small quantities, a variety of handmade bakery products, for example: various kinds of traditional breads with yeast (whole wheat, barley, multi-seed), Koumoulia, Paximadia, various kinds of traditional pies etc. The Workshop is part of the Cultural and Folkloric Multicentre established in the Kouyiouka Watermill, which consists of the Watermill’s Museum, Coffee Shop and restaurant.
